Please join us, Heather and Jon of One Love Photo, for an artful photo adventure on May 3rd and 4th. Set within the intimate, picturesque Tahlequah Outlook house on Vashon Island. This is a wonderful opportunity to bond with other photographers while we experiment with new and old photo techniques. We will explore the use of manual film cameras, homemade lenses and mixed media artwork for wedding and portrait work. We will share stories and personal experiences while providing hands on guidance. Shooting together, as we dig into some of our favorite photographic techniques. Expect loads of laughter, fresh perspective, and to awaken your creative soul.
The workshop will take place on Vashon Island, one of our favorite local getaways. Only a 15 minute ferry ride from Tacoma or Seattle, once on the ferry boat you can't help but relax as you enjoy the views of the Puget Sound and Mount Rainier. We are splitting the workshop up into two days to allow more flexibility for our attendees. Feel free to sign up for just one day, either focusing on photography (day one) or mixed media art (day two) or spend both days with us, and enjoy the whole shebang! Spots are limited for the workshop and will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Payment in full is required to reserve a spot. Contact us via email if you would like to attend, please put "workshop" as the subject line and send your message to [email protected].
Day One $600
Photo Day- 9:30am-8:30pm. Includes breakfasts, lunch and dinner.
Day Two $200

Daydreaming that we can join you two for this... Crossing our fingers we can figure it out before all your spots are taken! :)

First, let me say that your work is by far the best wedding photography out there. You guys really do a fantastic job at "unique-ifying" a traditional event.
Second, are there any plans to hold a class on the east coast later in the year?
Thanks for the visual inspiration.
