This little cutie wandered into our lives during the heatwave a couple weeks ago. I don't know where she came from. Sometimes I wonder if she belongs to someone else on the block and as is just moonlighting at our house. But she has been spending a lot of time at our house (like all her time). I took her to the vet and she doesn't have a chip. We really need to make a poster and post her on pet finder to see if someone is sad and missing her. But if someone claims her I will really miss her myself. I am growing attached quickly. She was even hanging out in the house this week and Jon was petting her. I was hoping Jon was no longer allergic (or maybe not to this one) But then Jon touched his eyes after petting her and got all puffy and stuffy. I think it's fine to have an outside cat but I worry that I will feel some major guilt in the winter when it's cold and rainy. I also know I will feel horrible when we leave in September for almost 2 weeks and this winter for Hawaii for most of November. The lady across the street said she would feed her.... but still, I think she will be lonely. So even though I love her very much I think I should try to find her home where she can snuggle inside when it's cold out and where her "owners" aren't out of town all the time. But it would have to be one awesome home for me to give her up. She is sweet as can be, probably just 3 years old. She's playful, purrs really loud and never meows.
ok, now you will Join the ranks of Cory and myself. I bet you have lots more shots of Kitty, Dont you! My cat as a kid spent a lot of time at the neighbors house. You should give her a collar and attach a note to it to see if she does have someone who loves her, besides you and Jon. Maybe she is just double-dipping:)OR maybe you could just make a home in the garage for her in the winter.

Don't Ron and Carla need another cat? She sort of looks like Dairy Monster. She is awfully cute. If we take another cat, we'll be crazy cat people. She must have a home locally. Sorry you can't keep her.
